It could be me (it's most definitely me) but I'm struggling to find a reason why Frank Oakes 9 year old Gelding DYLAN OAK is currently trading at 25/1 he surely can be forgiven for his last run @Naas on ground he's never acted on & more importantly after a gargantuan 635 days off the track so I'm happy to forgive this, Prior to this was a Win @Roscommon over this trip & is now just 2lvs heavier. The booking of Jockey Ricky Doyle looks good with this Jockey Knowing the time of day around here @Killbeggan with a 46.15% Place strike rate here in County Westmeath the past year. Should this Son of DYLAN THOMAS strip fitter then hitting the frame here for Local trainer wouldn't be out the realms of possibility.

Eamonn Delaney's 3 year old Filly MARVELLOUS LADY looks of interest especially at current odds (40/1) as she steps into Handicap Company for the first time. This lightly ridden Daughter of ADVERTISE's best run was on Debut with a decent run @Fairyhouse (6f Good) keeping on despite nearly being wiped out due to interference since then this charge has raced twice @The Curragh over testing conditions which probably didn't suit but back here on faster ground looks interesting. Jockey Joey Sheridan might not be grabbing all the headlines but he's still notched up a 42.31% place strike rate the past month & continues in the plate. 5 places on offer at big odds for a charge who's pedigree suggests 'should' act on this going.
